HEY! I’m Jose, a Virginia-based self-taught aerial photographer. My journey with drones began after my time in the Marine Corps, where I learned the importance of understanding people. It humbled me and reminded me that every person you encounter has a story worth telling.

For me, drone photography became a way to tell stories, to write landscapes through photos rather than words. This curiosity led me to build an online portfolio that showcases my photos, not for profit, but to share the beauty of God’s creation.

Originally from the flatlands of Indiana, I now call Virginia home (at least for now) while studying at the University of Virginia and preparing for law school. But when I’m not flying, you can find me either training for my next ultra marathon (I’ve completed three so far), diving into books, or satisfying my craving for the best pizza in town. (Though let’s be honest, Domino’s still holds an unparalleled advantage.)

I’m by no means an expert, a young Jedi in the making at best, but if you are still interested and want to see more, follow along as I keep flying!
